Simply navigate to app.dossifier.ai and sign up for an account via social media or your email. While we are still in our beta phase, you will need to be approved by an admin.
Once approved, you will receive an email from Dossifier saying that your account has been approved. Then, simply navigate to app.dossifier.ai and login with your previously-used social media or email + password.

To get set up with our browser extension, please either navigate to the respective banner within Dossifier, or follow one of the links below. Please note that you will need an approved Dossifier account to use our extension.
There are several ways to create a new contact within Dossifier, both manually as well as automatically.
Directly from your email / calendar
With the extension installed, press on the "Dossifier" button in your email or calendar invite to see the participant report.
Currently only Google apps + Chrome are supported.
Bulk Upload + Extract
Directly copy & paste your participant list when creating multiple contacts or a new meet.
Via the GenAI Agent
Right click on any webpage to create a new contact from details & insights gathered from the current page.

From Dossifier
Finally, you can always create a new contact from within Dossifier.
Simply right click on any webpage to have our AI agent gather details and insights and update your Dossifier contact!

Configuring your Organizations greatly improves the quality of your contacts and the meet report. Contacts with properly configured organizations will be able to
Normalize Contact job titles across industries & organization sizes
Automatically bundle relevant contacts and get aggregate metrics
If you created your contacts with their corporate email, Dossifier should automatically match it to an organization, or create one for you. Otherwise, please create one via the Global Add Menu.
Once an Organization has been created, you should configure its Global Seniority Levels and assign the relevant contacts.
All of the previous steps were to help enrich the reports when you need them. To create / access a report, you have several options, including
Directly from your email / calendar
Dossifier will automaticaly make contacts, organizations, and a report for you directly from your email & calendar invites.
Selecting Contacts and creating a meet
Simply select contacts that you'd like to see the insights for and select the Create Meet dropdown option.
From the Meet creation wizard
You can always create a meet and manually select participants from the Meet creation wizard.
(Coming soon!) If you find that a user's details are not (or incorrectly) filled out in the report, access the Contact's socials directly from the report.
Once on the relevant social, right click and select Dossifier's Link with <contact name> option to have our AI agent analyze the webpage and update the contact.
